You are bidding on a set of 2 Collectable Dolls from Poland - 1 Vintage!!

These 2 ladies are beautifully dressed in traditional Polish outfits!!

The Larger Doll:

*Made from wood, 10" tall, & is formed into a base on the bottom; allowing her to stand without any difficulty

*She has a beautifully painted face with blue eyes & rosey cheeks

*Her hair feels as though it is made from a soft straw, is a darker tan in color, & long. Her hair is parted down the center, braided into 2 braids & are secured together with a yellow bow in the back.

*She is wearing a long sleeved white blouse with a mesh collar & a purple felt vest. The vest has pink stiching & 2 pink / green flowers on it. She has on a heavy long green skirt, feels like wool, that is striped with various colors. There is gold thread trim on the bottom of the skirt. She is weraing a slip under her skirt

*She is adorned with a crown made of green ribbon & various colored fabric flowers. She is also wearing a yellow bead necklace

*There is a white cord hanging from her necklace with a sticker on the bottom that states: "Trim Shoppe" on one side & "Made in Poland" on the other

*There is also a sticker on her bottom that states "Made in Poland" again

The Smaller Vintage Doll:

*This doll is very old

*Body is made from a sturdy plastic & the face appears to be porcelain

*She is 7.25" tall & her feet are attached to a wooden base

*She has a painted face with dark eyes

*Her hair feels like it is a made from the same material as the larger doll, but it is a darker brown. It is also long, braided into 2 long braids starting from the back

*She is wearing a long sleeved white blouse, with a scalloped collar, & a red thread tie around her neck. She has on black vest with yellow & red decor & a red thread bow at the bottom of it. She has on a long red skirt with pink / green flowers on it. She has a mesh apron over the skirt that has flowers & lace trim at the bottom. She has slip on under her skirt. Her boots are black & painted on

*There is a beautiful crown of tiny various colored flowers on her head; with several strand of various colored thread hanging from the end at the back of her head

*On the bottom of the base; there is a sticker that states: "Doll in Polish Regional Dress Made in Poland" (*see picture)

Both of these ladies came from my mother's doll collection & she has owned them both for over 15 years. She is sad to see them leave, but needs to make room for more items she has recently purchased! She has her collection stored in trunks & considering their age, these 2 beautiful ladies show VERY little signs of wear...IF ANY!!
