You are bidding on two Delta Sky Club One Day Passes, expiration date September 30, 2010. Their value is $50 each for a total value of $100.

The terms and conditions (printed on the back of each pass) read as follows:

1. One-Day passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. You must be 21 years of age to enter Clubs, unless you are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is a Club member.

3. Delta Air Lines reserves the right to revise the Delta Sky Club House Rules. House rules must be observed by One-Day pass user or user may be asked to leave the Delta Sky Club without compensation. Holders of One-Day passes will not be compensated for changes, including, but not limited to changes in locations, rates or policies.

4. Delta Sky Club facilities may be used only in conjunction with same-day ticketed air travel on any airline.

5. One-Day pass has no cash value, except that the stated value of this pass may be credited within 30 days of the purchase date toward the cost of a one- or three-year membership. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or frequent flyer program award. Duplicated or altered One-Day passes are void and will not be accepted.

6. No guests are permitted with the One-Day pass.

7. Delta Sky Club One-Day passes grant access to all Delta Sky Club locations and are valid for a single day of travel. Itineraries that include a date change between origin and destination are treated as the same day of travel. Access to partner lounges is not permitted.
