As you can see the motor is detachable so they can be used even when the batteries are not charged. The wheels have hardly any signs of wear. Fully charged they have a 40 minute continuous use. They have a max speed of 10 M.P.H The charger is not included as it has been lost. But you can buy one from Razor.com for around 15 to 20 bucks. These are super fun and this price is basically what a razor cost without the motor. I am selling them because i can never find the time to ever ride them. Remember you are getting two of them!!
