2"Fume Marble

Up for auction is a mint/wet condition 2 " borosilicate glass marble by Andrew Roberts, sold to you directly from the marble artist. This marble features a beautiful amazing color fume pattern that has been colored with 24kt gold and pure silver. In person the color in this one is absolutely amazing, showing gold, yellow, pink, blue, green.. probaly one of the best metal fume color pieces I have made. The design shows a lot of depth beneath a crystal clear optic. The surround and backside is beautifully colored with a multi layer dot pinwheel pattern. Signed AZR 09. This piece has been properly annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for maximum strength and longevity.
