A petite all-bisque, Kewpie is in mint condition with no damage or repairs, and retaining the original "Copyright Rose O'Neill" paper label on back. Top quality bisque and painted features are perfect with left-glancing black eyes, super-fine painted upper lashes and big watermelon grin with plump rosy cheeks. The brows are ochre while topknot and side puffs of hair are dark yellow, and miniscule wings are sky blue. Wrapped around the belly is the original green silk ribbon with a huge bow in back. A beautiful 1” mother-of-pearl button was attached as a stand – a brilliant solution. He's the cutest!!

We ship UPS ground and insured for domestic shipments. We use USPS for international shipments. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size of item, type of packaging required and location being shipped to. We can only supply an EXACT quote once the item is packed and we have the exact weight and dimensions. All items shipped are insured (unless instructed otherwise at your own risk), packed with care and WELL PROTECTED. We ship via UPS, unless another carrier is specified. The International shipment quotes listed with the auction are an estimate. It could be more or less depending on the specifics of the shipment. Please include shipping address, zip code, desired method of shipping and insurance required for a closer estimate. Please note that large, heavy and/or fragile items or antiques will require additional time and cost to pack and ship.
Insurance is $1.00 per hundred that you wish to have insured. We strongly encourage all items shipped to be fully insured.
