The foam padding on the inside of the crown personalizes the fit for most heads and makes it comfortable to wear. Made of sturdy plastic with a realistic golden sheen, the crown is almost 5" tall and measures 24-1/2" around (not for small children). Eight (8) jewels on crown. Brand New.
