This is a martingale collar and fits neck sizes from 14-18 inches.

Hardware:  All our hardware is welded silver or solid brass.  Please see details in the description of the collar your purchasing.

Webbing: It's soft to the touch and pliable, but strong.  Used for horses and has a test pull over 600 pounds!  My son has used it to pull cars out of the snow here in PA.

Business Days of receiving CLEAR payment, unless you are
otherwise quoted on a expected time. Packages going through
customs might take longer.

At some point, your package is driven to the post office, by
us, and carried to the post office,
Your package does not sit on our curb, or in our mailbox.

At the point that our postal clerk takes your package out of
our hands, the delivery time is also, OUT OF OUR HANDS. -
This also involves time through Customs also.

Below, you will see a summary of the US Postal Service
Guidelines for mail delivery. We are not employed by the
post office, nor by the United Parcel Service. Should your
package indicate that it was delivered by the USPS or UPS
delivery confirmation and tracking service, then you must
make a claim at the Post Office or UPS if you have not
received it, as this will most often involve a theft
complaint. Theft of mail is a FEDERAL CRIME, and should be
reported by the buyer, directly to postal authorities. If
you purchased insurance for your package, you will need to
contact us as well, as we will need to file an insurance
claim, as the shipper.
Thus if your package is not insured, we are no longer
responsible for it.

Larger packages are shipped via UPS - United Parcel Service
- again, your packages are handed directly to our UPS
driver, who is very nice, and we have known for a long time.
Our UPS driver puts your packages into his truck while we
watch and chat. At that time, UPS has taken over the
delivery of your package. UPS has more specific guarantee
periods and more commonly parcels are insured.

Thus if your package is not insured, we are no longer
responsible for it.
