Payments:  Payments are due within 3 days of auction end, unless further arrangements have been made with me.  I prefer PayPal payments, via PayPal Credit, Instant Transfer or Credit Card.  Sorry, I no longer accept e-checks due to too many problems with them.  I do also accept money orders/cashier checks.  If payment has not been made in 3 days, and no further arrangements have been made with me, I will then send a reminder that payment needs to be made.  After 5 days, I will send one last-chance reminder, that payment still needs to be made.  If I still do not get payment or a response by the 7th day, I will be reporting it as a delinquent payment, leave negative feedback, and I will then have the right to relist the item.  I do not like to do this, but it is only fair to me as a seller. 

Shipping:  I normally ship the first business day after payment has been cleared, and sometimes even on the same day!  However, I'll be safe by saying that I will ship 1-3 business days after payment has cleared.  I will ship these items out USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail and I offer optional insurance, because I cannot be held responsible for items once they leave my hands.     

International Shipping:  My auctions are listed for U.S.A. shipments only.  If you are interested in one of my auctions, please contact me first before bidding so I can give you an approval if I will ship a specific item out of the country and then I can also give you an International shipping quote.  (I have shipped out of the country before.)

Guarantee:  I do offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you feel that this ad grossly misrepresents the item.  (Buyer must ship back within 3 days and is responsible for shipping costs.)  I am an honest person who aims for positive feedback.  I try to be as descriptive as possible when listing my items.  If you are unhappy in any way, please contact me first before leaving a negative feedback and I will try to resolve any issues that you may have.  

Discounts:  I do offer discounts on shipping & handling when I can combine shipments, so check out my other items!  If you win an item of mine and are bidding on other items that auction end within 5 days, let me know.  You can hold off paying invoice and I will send a combined invoice, for the combined shipment, with the discount listed. 

Feedback:  I aim for a good seller/buyer feedback, so please be fair and contact me first if you have any concerns.  I would appreciate a positive feedback to be left for me, and I will do the same for you.  For the detailed rating feedback, please keep in mind and be fair what you are rating.  I am a great communicater and I will answer any questions.  I send invoices with messages, emails and I have my account set up so you get PayPal shipping confirmations, also with notes on it from me.  When rating on shipping, please make sure you consider the time I shipped the item, from the time payment has cleared...not on how many days it got to you, once it left my hands.  I usually offer two shipping options, so please keep in mind how many days that service takes.  Slow shipping service, once it leaves my hands, is not my fault.  My shipping and handling fees are always fair.  The only handling fees I may add into the shipping are to cover my supplies/expenses.  I do not include any "profits" in my handling fees, like some sellers do.  I do my best to make my customer's happy!!  :-)  :-)  :-)  :-)
