COPIER PURCHASE INFORMATION Each copier is in good working order upon departure from our facility.  Due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly.  Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the copier and/or poor quality and poor performance.  We can help you locate a service provider in your area. ALL OF OUR COPIERS ARE SOLD AS-IS.  DISCLAIMERS We do our very best to make sure that you receive a good, clean, working copier that arrives without damage.  Please keep in mind, the copier is a USED COPIER that will have normal wear and tear.  In the unlikely event that shipping damage does occur, the buyer must list and sign for all damage on the bill of lading upon arrival. SHIPPING DETAILS Shipment of your copier (actual ship date) will occur 1-5 business days of receipt of your payment.  Arrival at your delivery location will occur 1-10 business days from actual ship date. In cases when the copier is shipped via specialized electronic carrier it will arrive corner-boarded, shrink-wrapped, blanket-wrapped and secured in an air ride truck. In cases when the copier is shipped via common carrier it will arrive secured on a pallet.  The cost listed in the auction is for commercial buildings that are tractor-trailer accessible.  Must be on the first floor OR have elevator to higher floors.  Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges which may be very costly. Failure to respond to our shipping questions correctly will result in higher shipping charges.
