ITEM  DESCRIPTION:

I'm cleaning out some nice mineral specimens that have been sitting around here for a few years.  Some is old material from AstroGallery, some is from AZ dealers, some is from local sources.  We used these for classroom survey sets back when this type of quality was more common rough - but these days much of it's become primo material and not very common!

ONYX - TENNESSEE

Here's 20-something pieces of yellow Onyx from TN.  Total weight about 2.5 pounds, maybe a little more.  Pieces run about 1.5 to 2 inches on average.  Some are banded yellw/tan/brown and some are solid, crystalline yellow.  A nice mix of rough for cabbing and inlay work.
