  Beautiful set of two Homer Laughlin vegetable bowls measuring 9 1/8" x 6 1/2" x 1 3/4" and the larger measuring 10" x 7" x 2". Awesome vintage look with Deco style deep burnt orange poppies and vivid deep grey vines and secondary grey designed poppies, with highlights of bright yellow and black background blossoms. Gorgeous Deco pattern. The dishes are eight sided at top rim,    finished off with a Deco style black band. The center of each vegetable bowls have a stunning praying angels transferware. Rich colors and vivid detail. Very elegant !! Excellent condition. Very light wear to top edge black band. No chips, cracks, repairs, hairlines, or dark spots. One bowl has light crazing, but you have to hold it up to the light to find it. Both bowls have a soft creamy vanilla colored glazed finish and very glossy. Back of bowls are marked, HLC, Homer Laughlin, Made in U.S.A., E9N5, the other bowl has a reference number also, but not sure of the numbers or letters.
