AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING

All sales are final, no refunds, returns, exchanges, delays, cancellations, or refusals allowed --- this also includes no refunds for rainouts or other delays, postponements, or abbreviations of the event or any day thereof for any reason; you assume all risks of use and are subject to delayed/rescheduled rounds as everybody is, usually because of weather, but I guarantee these badges to be 100% authentic and usable as I've had them for many, many years.  I also require a refundable deposit of $250 per badge ($500 total) for the return of the badges to me after the event, which you must include with your full payment.  I will allow you 5 days after the tournament to return them (FEDEX w/ signature required), which is by no later than 5pm on Friday, April 16, 2010, at which time if not received, I will retain the deposit and you own the used badges for this year as souvenirs. If returned by the 5-day deadline, I will refund your $500 deposit in full.  Note that doesn't mean you get them for any subsequent years nor that you have any ownership in the badge account.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs back to me.  You also pledge full secrecy to not reveal the source of your badge purchase nor display or divulge the badge number except as worn on you.  You also agree to abide by the rules of the golf course and no cellphones allowed, also please dress properly as they require.  I will not provide the badge numbers to anyone except the winner.

These badges provide you unlimited access to Augusta National Golf Club Grounds for the Competitive rounds on April 8, 2010 thru April 11 2010.  If you have never been to Augusta National you are in for a treat.  It is absolutely gorgeous!  It is the most prestigious Golf Course in the World and you will not be disappointed.
