Q: Is this screen protector edge to edge?
A: We mass produce screen protectors in large quantities. Although we attempt to make a pre-cut full screen on all models, there may be room for up to 1.5mm differential measured from edge to edge. But most importantly our screen protectors are designed to protect and cover your LCD screen to provide you with best viewing clarity. Additionally, it is designed to provide easy application on to your device.

A: There are 4 types of screen protectors we carry for your electronic device. Some may not be available on all because of supply and demand but we do carry universal cuts if you must have it. Reference our chart for which screen protector is best suitable for your use.
Q: Why is the screen protector shown as a different color in the picture? A: This is the surface area in which the screen protector covers. When you purchase a clear you will get a crystal clear screen protector. We use a color scheme to separate the various screen protection types we carry.

A: It is 1-3 weeks to USA. It will arrive through USPS. We are shipping it from Hong Kong which is overseas. For worldwide it depends from 2-4 weeks. INSTRUCTIONS

• Clean the screen with the cloth in order to remove the dust and containments. For best results make sure you do this in the cleanest dust proof environment available.

• There are 2 plastic removable films on both sides of the screen protector that protect it before application. To ensure a smooth application of the screen protector, please test pull tab 1 and tab 2 before hand to see that they will properly pull off the protection layer that protects the screen protector. If you lift the tabs and they do not pull off a protection layer please refer to our troubleshooting section for a video clip on troubleshooting or read the below how-to guide.

• The screen protector is in between these 2 plastic films which will be discarded upon application

• Step 1 - Clean the LCD screen thoroughly using the Micro-fiber Lint Free Cleaning Cloth provided

• Step 2 - Peel off the Mask 1 from the screen protector using the tab (the plastic film glued to the paper tab should come off with the paper tab)

• Step 3 - Carefully apply this side of the screen protector to the LCD Screen (stick or adhere making sure it is aligned properly to surface)

• Step 4 - After application of the screen protector to the LCD Screen, peel off the 2nd plastic film (MASK 2) using its tab ( the 2nd plastic film glued to the paper tab should come off with the paper tab)

• IMPORTANT: If the any of the tabs do not pull off the protection screen layer your alternative solution is to grab scotch tape or sticky tape and apply it to any corner edge. Apply pressure to bond the tape to the screen protection layer and attempt to pull off the layer. Alternatively you may use tweezers and scrap the edge of a corner to loosen the protective layer and then peel off.
• If you are having problems with bubbles, please ensure you are doing this installation in the most dust free environment available to you. We recommend using a business card to push bubbles out. However best way to apply you screen protector is the method used in the video.

• Please make reference to the video if you occur any problems. Or contact us. We have built a video library of the most common problems and how to troubleshoot.
