A: The phones both stopped working correctly after my wife dropped them. No visible damage. The reminders kept ringing but the screen would stay blank.

 Q: Does it come with batteries an chargers, battery covers? Any scratch or damage on the phone? thanks.
A: both have batteries and backs. They also have what I would call normal wear. Pink one has wear spots on the front botton corners
