The newly designed Morel Classic Advanced Woofers are based on Morel’s classic line - the renowned MW series. The new Uniflow "open" cast chassis eliminates virtually all reflections, while improving airflow and voice coil cooling. A double magnet system utilizing reinforced Ferrite magnets provides higher magnetic flux, resulting in a low resonance frequency and lower Qts. The smooth frequency response, both on and off-axis, and well controlled roll-off enable the use of simple first or second order crossover circuitry for seamless integration in the critical midrange frequency range.
