A successor to the legendary MDT33, the new Supreme tweeter employs high-power, low-profile neodymium magnets and under-hung motor geometry for lower distortion and dramatically reduced internal reflections. The Supreme is the tweeter of choice for extremely precise sound reproduction combined with a low crossover frequency in both home audio or high-end mobile audio applications. Supreme tweeters are individually tested and match paired with sequential serial numbers, a measurement document for each pair is included in the packaging.

Features: 

• 28mm Acuflex coated soft dome and aluminum Hexatech voice coil. The optimally shaped silk diaphragm is carefully hand coated with Morel's unique Acuflex coating, resulting in the perfect blend of internal damping and dome rigidity.
   
• Unique flat pancake type motor construction based on large high-power Neodymium magnets. The low-profile magnets allow for an exceedingly short and enlarged center pole. This, in combination with the chamber, results in the elimination of reflections and resonances that compromise the performance of traditional motors.
   
• The back wave from the dome loads into a small damped transmission-line behind the magnet assembly, progressively absorbing the backwave from the tweeter dome, improving impulse response and power-handling. 
   
• Efficient ventilation and damping of every potentially resonant cavity behind the dome, surround and voice coil.
   
• Thick cast aluminum rear chamber designed to break down standing waves and conduct heat away from the magnet system.
