AudioOnesavings Warranty

AudioOnesavings will provide a limited 1 year warranty from date of purchase on new items.  Refurbished items will be covered for 60 days.  You will be covered if there is a manufacturer's defect.  E-mail us first for return instructions and we will repair the item FREE OF CHARGE.  You only pay for shipping back to us while we pay for shipping back to you (domestic US customers only).  For International orders, you will be responsible for shipping both ways (back to us, back to you).  The warranty excludes cosmetic damage to the exterior of the item, damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, and any attempts to open, repair, or modify the product from its original intended use or purpose.  Also excluded are damages caused by accidents, acts of nature, and any other abnormal conditions or events.  Contact us at support@audioonesavings.com .

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 5 days after close of auction.  Otherwise, the item will be relisted or offered to another bidder.  Non-Payers will be reported immediately to eBay.
• NY residents subject to + or - 8.375% sales tax on winning bid.  The rate will depend on which county you reside in.
• We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Money Order, Cashier's Check or Bank to Bank Wire Transfer.
• Paypal: We will ONLY ship to the address listed on your paypal payment. No exceptions. 
• Money Order/Cashier’s Check: Include eBay item number, your eBay user ID, and shipping address on the MO/Check
• Bank Wire Transfer: US $$ only.  E-mail us at support@audioonesavings.com for further instructions.

Shipping and Handling

We use the following carriers: DHL, USPS and Fed Ex

• We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes.
• We ship within the USA as well as internationally. Please email us for a shipping quote BEFORE bidding on an item.
• AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, APO or FPO locations, please email us BEFORE bidding on an item.
• Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.  A Tracking Number will be provided by e-mail. 
• E-mail us at support@audioonesavings.com for all other shipping quotes.

Refunds and Returns

1. We recommend professional installation of all car/marine/home electronics.

2. Blown, burnt and other misused subwoofers / speakers are not eligible for refunds or returns.

3. Claims for damaged items during transit must be reported within 3 days from receipt of goods. You MUST keep ALL packing material and merchandise EXACTLY the way it was received for carrier's inspection. We will not be responsible for carrier's denial of a claim for untimely reporting of damage or missing materials for inspection.

4. You must e-mail us for a RMA number and instructions prior to returning merchandise.

Refunds on Unopened Merchandise

• Refunds are given only if items are unused and returned in the original box with all original accessories and manuals.
• A re-stocking fee of 20% will be charged from the refund amount. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items do not meet our guidelines.

Returns / Exchanges on DOA Items

• Returns / Exchanges on DOA merchandise are given up to a period of 15 days from delivery.
• Merchandise must be returned in the original box , packing, and condition. All parts, accessories, wiring, manuals, warranty cards, etc MUST be included. Anything missing will invalidate the return. Any alterations made to the original merchandise will also invalidate the return.
• Items MUST be bench tested prior to installation. If found to be DOA PRIOR to installation, the item must be sent back within 15 days to be exchanged for the same item.
• Any item not installed by a certified professional voids all return / exchange claims. An installation invoice must be provided for immediate exchange of DOA products.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping to us. We will pay for shipping back to you for the exchanged merchandise. If the wrong item was sent, we will pay for shipping both ways.
• Once we have received your return, please allow 10 business days for it to be processed.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return / exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return guidelines.
