This ORIGINAL article came from a 1911 Architecture & Building News magazine.  Each page measures 10 inches tall by 7.5 inches wide.  There are two sets of small staple holes in the left side, but these could be hidden under a matte if you are framing the article. 

The two houses are back to back on the same page.  They include a nice pic and floor plan of each house on each page, as follows:  A double house at 37 Willow Drive, New Rochelle house designed by CE Hubbell (pictured).   And, a twin house at 99 Franklin Avenue, New Rochelle, designed by William Kirchhoff, designer and builder.
