We will replace any merchandise that is damaged in shipping. If you are returning a product, it must be packed in the original factory boxes and shipped within 3 days of receipt by the original customer. A 35% open box fee will be assessed in addition to any shipping costs. Also, because of being a custom order, cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours and there will be a 35% fee to buyer. After 24 hours of placing order, no cancellations will be accepted.
