THIS IS RAW CAST IRON WITH SOME SMALL AMOUNTS OF RUST ON THEM AND IF YOU WISH AN OLDER LOOK SOAK IT IN WATER AND LET IT RUST COMPLETELY THEN SPRAY A CLEAR SPRAY ON IT OR JUST LET IT RUST LONGER. THIS WHEEL IS 11 INCHES IN DIAMETER WITH A 1/2 INCH HOLE IN THE CENTER . THE RIM IS 1 1/4 INCH WIDE.
