• Each transformer has a 3-year warranty.

• We only accept credit card and bank payments online through Paypal.

• Immediate payment is required when buyer uses Buy It Now option.

Shipping Policy

• Services used USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground: Estimated time of delivery is 3 to 5 business days.
• If you are interested in a large quantity order or prefer UPS 3^rd, 2^nd, or Next Day Air, please contact us and we will provide you with the shipping and handling costs
• Items will be shipped by the mail carrier provided on the same or next Business day of receiving full payment
• UPS or USPS Tracking number will be provided

Returns Policy

• In case a faulty item is received, the buyer can send it back within 7 days for checking and replacement. 
• Returns must be approved for replacement (exchange).
• In order to return a faulty item, contact us for an RMA number.  This number must appear on the package.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns processed for a refund.
• Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
• For returns of defective items: If an item is found to be in good working condition, the the item will be returned to the customer, with freight costs at customer's expense.
