THE WAIST IS 28 INCHES AND THE INSEAM IS 27 INCHES. THE OTHER PAIR IS BRAND RUSTLER BLACK IN COLOR. AND IN GOOD CONDITION, I SAY THAT CAUSE THEY ARE NOT BLACK, BLACK, THEY ARE ALTTLE FADED BLACK.  BUT STILL LOOK GOOD. THE WAIST AND INSEAM ARE THE SAME AS THE OTHER PAIR.
