When you need to send something back to us you must obtain advance permission. No restocking fee is charged, unless it is the fault of the buyer. You will only be credited for items that are returned in saleable condition. Refund Procedures will be sent by email upon request. All returns must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. We are not responsible for returned merchandise we do not receive. This process may take as long as three or four weeks. |
