We take great care in describing each item so that we can convey to prospective bidders what we see. Despite all the care we take something can be missed and in that case items can be returned within 3 days for a full refund. However, please e-mail us with the problem before sending it back. If an item has been properly described we don't expect to get it back .What you read in the description will be completely accurate or you may return it.
PROFESSIONAL PACKING AND SHIPPING:
Since our inception on Ebay in 2000 we have always packed and shipped ourselves. However due to time constraints and to ship even faster, we have contracted with a professional to do all packing and shipping. All shipping is done through the USPS or DHL. Packages with a final auction value of over $50 require insurance (purchased in the name of the buyer) which will be billed at the standard postal rate. By bidding and accepting the terms of shipping the buyer understands that should a package become lost or damaged the responsibility for filing any and all insurance paperwork and claims lies with the buyer (in whose name the package will be insured). Precious Antiques will provide all necessary receipts.

We accept Pay Pal, Money orders or cashier's check for shipping, personal checks will be held 10 days for clearance. Payment due within 7 days of close of auction unless other arrangements are made with seller. Winner is responsible for actual packaging, shipping and insurance fees. We ship DHL priority mail or USPS. Buyer is responsible to claim insurance claim in case of breakage. If you live in NJ, please add 6% sales tax.
All our merchandise comes directly from ESTATE SALES and PRIVATE HOMES. We never clean, polish or repair anything. You get it the way we got it!
