You are bidding on a PAIR of rare Robsjohn Gibbings Marble Table lamps for Hansen from the 1950s.
These lamps are in EXCELLENT condition for their age. They have the original diffusers and may have the original shades.
There is one very small nick on the base corner of one lamp, see photo.
The shades are marked "New Brunswick Lamp Shade Co" I do not know if these are orig or not, but they are in excellent condition. The shade company has been in business since 1943.
These lamps measure approx 26" overall.
The diffusers are marked Hansen, NY.
PLEASE NOTE! These lamps are very heavy! Shipping will be $80 for the pair, without the shades, and $90 with the shades. If I have overcharged on shipping by more than $4, I will refund the difference, as I do not charge a handling fee.
Any questions? Don't hesitate to ask.
Please note! Payment is due within five days of auction close. I only accept Paypal as payment, but if you wish to pay with a different mode of payment, you must contact me before the close of the auction. I do my best to accurately describe all items, but all items are sold as-is and all sales are final. Thanks.

I am attaching photos of the wiring on these lamps...they appear to be original to me, based on the cords I've seen in photos of these lamps that have sold previously.
PLEASE NOTE!!!!
I have made an error in measurement. I stated above that the lamps measured approx 26" tall, but they are actually 23" tall. I believe in full disclosure! Sorry for the inconvenience...

UPDATE! I was just looking through a Knoll furniture book and came across a photo from 1957 featuring a bed designed by Schultz in 1957, and these lamps are on the end tables. It appears as though the shades on these lamps are the ORIGINALS! I am only basing that on the photo. I will try to get a scan of this photo so that you can compare the shades.

Hi and thanks for your question. No pink at all, they are white with gray and golden veins. Thanks!
