WONDERFUL CASED GLASS, TWISTED HANDLE, RUFFLED TOP, SQUARE BASKETS THAT I BELIEVE WERE MADE BY STEVENS & WILLIAMS. THE FUSCHIA TO PINK INTERIOR IS CASED IN WHITE AND THEN IN BLUE OVERLY GLASS. THE DEPTH OF THE PINK INTERIOR VARIES SLIGHTLY FROM ONE TO THE OTHER. THE TWIST ON THE HANDLE IS TIGHTER ON ONE THAN THE OTHER. THE BOTTOMS HAVE A GROUND CONCAVE PONTIL AND THE BOTTOMS ARE FLAT GROUND TO SIT EVENLY ON A SURFACE. THE QUILT PATTERN IS MOLDED INTO ALL LAYERS. THE RUFFLES ARE HAND TOOLED LEAVING LINED TOOL MARKS ON THE EXTERIOR. THE DEEPER PINK INTERIOR BASKET IS 5 1/2" SQUARE AT THE BASE AND 11" TALL AT THE HANDLE TOP. THE LIGHTER PINK IS 5" SQUARE AND 11" TALL AT THE HANDLE TOP.
THERE ARE NO CHIPS, NO CRACKS, NO DAMAGE - THE RIGHT BASKET HAS SOME PIECES OF DEBRIS INCLUDED IN THE GLASS AS SEEN IN THE PICTURES.

I CANNOT DECLARE YOUR PURCHASE AS A GIFT OR UNDERDECLARE IT'S VALUE IF INSURED - IT IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE IN THE US TO DO SO. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT TO PROCESS YOUR PACKAGE OR THE COSTS THEY CHARGE.

PayPal payments by balance, direct bank withdrawal and credit cards will ship immediately (unless PayPal is holding the funds). Due to fradulent Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and some PayPal payments, some forms of payment will need to clear the bank before shipment. I will email to let you know the status of your transaction payment and when it clears as well as the shipping information. I cannot ship until your payment clears..... If you are not receiving my emails, please check your email spam settings and your email server's direct settings for spam. Many times emails from third party auction management programs as well as ebay correspondence will go directly into spam before it even hits your inbox.

EBay has changed their feedback system to include vague 5-star ratings based on a seller's service. According to EBay's communications to sellers, anything less than a 5 is unacceptable and they are penalizing EVEN OUTSTANDING sellers a percentage of final value fees - 10% for less than a 4.8 rating and 15% for less than a 4.6 rating for each catagory. IN THE UNACCEPTABLE 4 STAR LEVEL, Buyers can check "Accurate" (description), "Satisfied" (communication), "Quickly" (shipping time) and "Reasonable" (shipping costs). Normally, those would be wonderful feedback..... A 5 rating is a "Very Accurate" description, "Very Satisfied" with communication, "Very Quick" shipping after payment and "Very Reasonable" shipping and handling charges - so please check a 5 unless you are UNSATISFIED (after giving me a chance to solve your problem if there is one).. If there is a problem with your item, please contact me right away so we may resolve it to your satisfaction immediately. I refund overpayments on shipping charges, offer refunds on the item should I inadvertantly make a mistake in the description, charge actual shipping plus $1 for fragile item packing materials (even tho it costs me more....), ship the same day or the next day (if payment is received after the Post Office closes...) and keep you informed each step along the way. If I can improve on this in any way or you feel it is less than 5-star service, please let me know.
Because eBay is eliminating the ability of a Seller to leave negative feed back for a Buyer, your feedback will be left following payment and shipping. As an honest seller, I have had very few problems with buyers - but due to changes in feedback which leave sellers vulnerable to those few unscrupulous buyers, it is necessary to post some cautions for those buyers.... Any Buyer who a) does not pay; or b) has their payment bounce or files a chargeback fraudulently, or c)attempts to extort a Seller by threatening to leave unwarranted negative feedback, or d) commits fraud by attempting to return a switched item (not the original sold to them); or e) commits fraud by attempting to get a price credit for a fraudulent imperfection; or f) commits fraud by claiming non-receipt (someone stealing it off your porch is the Post Office's insurance problem, not the seller's....), or commits any number of other fraudulent buyer actions will be pursued by the Unpaid Item Process (which will impact your ability to buy/sell on eBay...), will be reported to eBay and/or PayPal for appropriate followup or legal action, and if required reported to Postal, Local, State, Federal and/or International authoritites for appropriate action. I protect myself as much as possible - I keep every picture and description of items I sell, put hidden undamaging identification marks on items, always have Delivery Confirmation or tracking on every sent item and Signature Delivery (at my expense) on high end items. I attempt to completely and accurately describe every item I sell - including any defects or problems - as every item is unique. I am human and will very very occassionally miss some small problem. If it is my omission, I will do everything possible to make it right, including refunding your payment if it is returned to me in the same condition within a reasonable time (3-10 days notification after your receipt).
