First, we want potential customers to understand that what they purchase from us comes with some risk, as does purchasing any inventory that has been designated as liquidation.
We Do Not test items unless noted in auction. If we know something is missing we will list it, but please note that items may or may not be complete.
Items being sold are Store Shelf Pulls, Customer Returns and Open Box Products.
Items may or may not function properly or have all components; we will list everything we know about a product. If we know the functionality of any of our products, it will be listed within the auction.
Items may or may not have minor scratches and/or other defects. Accessories such as remotes, batteries and manuals may or may not be included.
All items are sold AS-IS. There are no refunds offered for items received with defects or that are non-operational.
The only way an item can be returned is if you receive an item other than that listed in our auction.
It is the buyer's responsibility to read the auction description. We will list all we know about an item, but we do not do intensive inspections of the items. Please take the time to Read Our Descriptions.
Shipping Details:
Packages Under 125 Pounds
We ship using UPS, FedEx, or DHL ground services unless otherwise specified or arranged. We have placed a shipping calculator on our auctions providing delivery charges to locations within the continental United States. The price it quotes includes a small packaging fee and the exact charges for delivery to your address for this item. We do insure your item for the amount of your winning bid and provide you with the tracking number.
Packages Over 125 Pounds
We ship using FedEx Freight Services. If you are bidding on an auction that falls into this category, please contact us at for a freight quote to your location. It is important to include in your email if you have a loading dock or means of unloading the merchandise or if you will need the services of a lift gate truck.
Why Do We Charge A Packaging Fee?
It is never our intention to profit from Shipping and Handling. We seek only to recover cost. We ship only in new boxes with new packaging materials and attempt to protect your items as well as possible. When you consider the cost of a new box, styrofoam inserts, packing peanuts, tape, combined with the labor to properly package your item, we think you will find our charges most reasonable. Please explore our Feedback - we package our items extremely well and our customers appear to appreciate it!
Packaging & Handling Time
Read_the_Description strives to provide prompt shipping service to its buyers. Items paid for by 3PM EST will be shipped the same day, if during the business week (Monday-Friday). Items paid for after 4PM EST will be shipped the next possible shipping day. Items paid for on holidays or weekends will be shipped the next possible business day.
Payment Terms:
All funds are to be received within 7 (seven) days of closing of auction. We accept PayPal, personal/company checks, money orders, certified cashier checks and electronic fund transfers (bank transfers). We are a Verified Confirmed Premier PayPal Account. Personal/Company checks can take up to 10 days to clear; we do wait until such time we can verify the funds clearing prior to shipping. For international customers with purchases over $100 US, we do required that payment made by bank / wire transfer.
