Note:   High bidder pays for shipping and insurance for UPS Ground. There is an additional charge for expedited shipping or any address that requires USPS services such as P.O. Boxes and anywhere outside the lower 48 States. Payment must be received within 10 days. If there is no communication from the high bidder within 3 days after the auction we will have to relist the item.

  Most shipments go out the same day or following day after the Paypal/M.O. has been received. Checks have to wait for a 10 business day clearing. If the outgoing shipment has to utilize USPS services there is a delay of up to 3 days.   

  When shipments go out via UPS we use what is called “quantum view notify” which sends you a UPS shipment notification from UPS and it will contain the tracking #. Be advised that some spam blockers stop that email from coming in. If that does occur please contact us and we will resend the UPS tracking #. 

  If the payment is made via Paypal we can only ship to the address that is confirmed with Paypal. So don’t ask for the shipment to go to a different address. This is a Paypal security requirement. If you want your winning item shipped somewhere else besides the confirmed address please send a check or M.O. 

  There are no returns unless the item is not as described. We do try to insure that everything is as described. If the item is not as described we will make every attempt to compensate or we will schedule UPS pickup for shipping back to us at our cost, all the buyer will have to do is have the package ready to be shipped. We must be notified within 1 week after receipt if the item is not as described. 

  If the item is defective we provide a 1 week warranty from the date of receipt after the 1 week is over with you will need to go through the manufacturer. There is no warranty expressed or implied from the manufacturer. If the item is defective due to a manufacturer defect you will need to pay for the shipping back to us (this is within the first 1  week of receipt).
