Estate Sale Find

Tiny little dancing couple.  A kind ebayer wrote to tell me this is from the Portugese island of Madeira.  Popular souvenir pin.   I believe this is crewel (or embroidery) work. It has a simple safety pin closure. 1 1/2" x 1 1/2".

Plus I'm adding a wooden pin of a lady, looks to be South American.  Carrying a melon on her bed and a basket. Very colorful. Also estate find.  Safety pin type closure.  Measures  2 1/4" x 1". 

Both in very good condition.
