1) Please email us within 2 days after you received the item to request a RMA NO. by referencing the Ebay Item Number.

2) Item must be mailed out through Registed or Insured mail within 2 days of receiving RMA NO.  Please reference the Ebay item NO. along with the package.

Your request will not be honored without following the above process. Please note that you will be refunded the purchase amount excluding shipping, handling, and insurance expenses. It will take approximately 5-7 days to process the refund or exchange.

Should buyer choose to exchange within 5 days of receipt of item, buyer shall pay $5 to replace the item.

In most of our auctions, the actual items will look the same as the picture(s).  However, because pearls are naturally formed, at times the same type of pearls may have slight discrepancies in color, size or shape. 

Color: Please also note that individual pearls' color shading can be different than what appears onscreen, due to the different color scheme settings on individual computers.

Size: The size quoted is approximate and is from minimum to maximum in the strand.  If this is a problem, please email us prior to bidding.
