All Off-The-Shelf Items are shipped within 4 working days of our notification of your full payment by PayPal (or after payment has cleared if non-PayPal). All Customized Devices Items made by us are not off-the-shelf, and take up to 3 weeks for us to make, test and ship.
       GUARANTEES: Unless otherwise explicitly forbidden by law or eBay and then only to that extent, our guarantee policies are: If our description is accurate for the Item, no refund is possible. Only the Item itself and its parts and accessories (if any) both described and shown in the image(s) herein will be provided. If you claim that the received Item was not as described, you must specify how the Item significantly differs from our description and give us at least 15 workdays from our receipt of the returned Item to ship you the replacement or repaired Item. We often cannot test every feature of an Off-The-Shelf Item, although we always power-On test electronic and mechanical equipment (but not small parts). All returned Items must be pre-cleared by email. For Customized Devices, we always include a USER MANUAL, and we will seriously consider variations you recommend within the parameters of this device-type: (1) If you wish to provide us your own enclosure which we can reasonably adapt the circuit to, we will certainly do our best to provide the Item's circuitry in your enclosure instead, and (2) We will seriously consider other variations you need (e.g. AC power instead of battery or vice-versa or both AC and battery power, different types of controls, displays or connectors, labeling, cosmetic changes) - please email us before buying the Item so we can discuss how best to reasonably satisfy your particular needs.
