• If an item is defective, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be printed clearly on the outside of the package that is being returned in order for us to process your return request.
  
• We agree, at our discretion, to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.

• Defective products must be returned in its' original packaging with all accessories, including owner's manual.
• Defective product, missing accessories and/or original packaging will be repaired and/or replaced as received.
• Any return package that does not have an RMA number will be refused.
• Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable in any situation.
• Return cost of any defective item is the sole responsibility of the customer.
• A 15% Restocking fee will apply to any non-defective returns.

Payment

We accept Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks. Please note that we wait 10 days for checks to clear before item is shipped. Checkouts must be completed within 7 days of the auction closing and all payments must be made within this period. Other payments options must be received within 10 days of auction ending. If payment is not received within this period, a non-payment claim will be filed. There is a 6% sales tax for Delaware residents.
