| When is payment due? |
| Payment is due within 1 hour after the close of auction. Any transactions not completed within 1 hour will not be guaranteed and the tickets maybe resold. A non-paying bidder dispute will be also be filed with Ebay. |

| Why is there a $7 charge to email tickets? |
| This is a handling fee designed to pay for the work required to find and email the tickets. It also helps cover the email charge employed by the original ticket distributors. |

| With FedEx, as long as you do not live in a small remote area, we will be able to deliver the tickets within the United States in 1 business day. We CANNOT ship to PO Boxes.
