If an event is postponed and tickets are honored for a rescheduled date, Ticket King does not accept returns. If an event is canceled outright and not rescheduled, tickets can be returned to Ticket King in exchange for store credit to be used for another event taking place within one calendar year of the original date of the canceled event.
