Seat numbers are withheld for the privacy of both buyer and seller. Seat numbers will be given to the winning bidder only. If requested, we can provide a small range of seat numbers that the seats will fall within. These are "hard" (not e-tickets or ticketfast) tickets, unless otherwise identified above as "e-tickets".  If they are e-tickets it will be disclosed clearly in the language above the seat chart.  PAYMENT For events more than 7 days away, payment must be made within 24 hours of close of auction.  If event is within 7 days or less, payment must be made within 4 hours of close of auction. Paypal payments must be made from a confirmed address only.  We will only ship to a confirmed address.  We also accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.  If you would like to pay with a credit card, please e-mail us for our TOLL FREE number.  For credit card payments, we will only ship to the credit card billing address. SHIPPING All tickets have been ordered and confirmed from the box office and will be shipped to the winning bidder as soon as they are received by us from the box office.  If you know you will be out of town during certain dates, please inform us so that we do not ship your tickets during that time frame. Tickets will be sent via Federal Express and are insured for the lesser of face value or $100. Insurance is available up to $500 for an additional $2.50. We cannot be responsible for any uninsured items shipped once they leave our hands, so insurance is recommended. REFUND POLICY Except in the event of a show cancellation, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event of a show postponement where the tickets will be honored for a later date, there will be absolutely no refunds. The buyer assumes this risk. There will be absolutely no refunds for a change in acts or performers. Opening acts are often changed at shows with no offer of a refund. Shows are rain or shine and no refunds will be given for weather. In the event of a show cancellation (not a postponement), you will receive a full refund of your purchase price minus the shipping charges. Your money will be refunded after you return the tickets to us via USPS with delivery confirmation (you must provide me with the tracking #). Tickets must be returned to us within two weeks of the cancellation of the show. SEATING / VENUE INFORMATION We try to provide a seating chart when one is available.  If there is a seating chart shown, it is taken directly from the ticketing agency or event venue website. We cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating layouts. Venues change the seating layout frequently and seating charts are often not complete or labeled accurately. Occasionally venues will add additional seats in the front of the venue to accommodate VIP guests. Also, in some theaters there is an orchestra pit with rows of seats that are not shown on the seating chart. We only guarantee to accurately tell you what is printed on the tickets; We cannot guarantee that any seating chart is accurate in regards to the location of seats. GENERAL INFO We reserve the right to cancel bids and/or end this auction at any time, for any reason. Please only bid if you intend to pay.  We will take all necessary measures with non-paying bidders, including filing a non-paying bidder report with eBay.
