INSURANCE: I am a private seller and cannot afford to replace or refund lost or damaged items. I have had only one such instance in my over 300+ transactions but if you do not purchase insurance and something happens, there really isn't anything I can do.
SHIPPING: The majority of my items are shipped either the day of or the day after I receive payment. 95% of domestic orders are received within the first week. However, I have had some cases where it can take up to 4 weeks for a customer to receive their order. I am not responsible for the Post Office. I can only control how quickly I mail out it to you, not how quickly it gets there.
