Return and Refund Policy:
- If the item is defective, contact us within 14 days and we will replace defective items with an item of equal or greater functionality and no refund will be issued.
- We ARE NOT responsible for all shipping costs (including return defective item and send out a new one even under guarantee), insurance fee, any other service charges and any loss when returning the defective merchandise(s) for replacement. The fee must be settled before we send out the new item(s) again.
- Returned item(s) must not be damaged by any means. Warranty label must not been broken otherwise no replacement will be made. All accessories, manual, the product itself MUST BE in its' original condition and packing box.
- 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned.
- If we agree to make a refund, the customer MUST return back the item and we ARE NOT responsible for any shipping charges. open-boxed merchandise is subjected to a 20% Restocking Fee where applicable. 80% of the unit price will be refunded within 14 business days after we received the the item.
