Service coverage on the products under this Extended Warranty shall be in effect for a period of two years beyond the term of the original manufacturer's warranty.
What is covered by the Extended Warranty:
If the Olympus product fails to function properly under normal and proper usage due to defects in materials or workmanship, during the period of this Extended Warranty, Olympus will, at its option, either repair at no charge for parts or labor, or replace. During the period of the Extended Warranty, you are entitled to one free complete checkup and cleaning.
This Extended Warranty is limited to product sold in the United States, its territories, and Canada from authorized Olympus dealers.
Not available for sale in Florida or Oklahoma direct from dealers. However, this warranty can be used at any Olympus authorized service facility in these states.
For all Olympus C-series digital cameras, D-series digital cameras, FE series, SP series, IR series, and digital Stylus.
This warranty must be purchased within the original warranty time period: first year on a new product, 90 days on a refurbished product.

Payment is expected within 10 days of auction close. After 10 days unpaid items are automatically relisted.
SALES TAX
Olympus has a general business presence in all 50 states and Canada, therefore we are required by law to collect sales tax from all customers in all states that assess a sales tax. The following states are exempt from sales tax: AK, DE, MT, NH, and OR.
For all orders placed in Canada, we charge applicable taxes, which include GST or HST. Your sales tax rate will be calculated upon checkout and is based on the shipping address provided.
Merchants, dealers and non-profits: Please do not bid if you wish to make a tax-exempt purchase.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Shipping cost for the US and Canada: $4.95 for the first item, plus $1.00 for each additional item.
Items must be paid in the same order to receive the discount shipping rate.
All orders will be shipped within two (2) business days after payment clears.
Orders are shipped daily Monday through Friday.
Olympus is unable to deliver to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.
We ship via Fed Ex and UPS for domestic orders and Purolator for Canada.
We do not offer expedited shipping - no exceptions.

All Winning bidders must use our checkout to complete the order or the purchase cannot be processed because we
will not know that you have paid for the auction.
Winning bidders of multiple auctions can have items combined at checkout.
During the checkout process, PayPal will confirm your address by verifying it with the billing address you have on file. If your address can not be confirmed, PayPal will ask you to place a credit or debit card on file so your address can be verified - this policy is part of PayPal's user agreement.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. This email will also contain a link to track your order. Please note your order number at the end of checkout - you will need this number to track your order.
EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR REFUND
Olympus Auctions will accept exchanges or returns for refund if the product is in the original shipped packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will not accept returns for computer software if the packaging has been opened.
Product returned after 30 days but within 90 days of the date of purchase will qualify for a repair under the warranty.

RETURNS FOR REPAIR
Please package the product carefully using ample padding material to prevent damage in transit. Include a copy of your repair submission form (below) and return to one of the Olympus Service Centers listed below.
Typical repairs are processed within 7-10 business days of their receipt or approval of repair charges.
