Shipping
We ONLY ship to CONFIRMED paypal account addresses. There are NO execptions to this. If you need to ship to another address, you MUST CORRECT prior to bidding, or mail in a payment
ALASKA and HAWAII - if items is the size of a digital camera or SMALLER, no additional shipping is required. If you are not sure, email.
In order for DataVision to be protected against fraudulent transactions, UPS must get a signature at the time of delivery.
The Adult Signature Required option is approximately $3.50 for each package. This option is included in the price of our shipping.
In addition, we also have a special profile on file w/ UPS to prevent and deter fraud. Our packages, once in route, can NOT be altered. For instance, you can NOT call UPS and change the delivery address once in route, otherwise it is sent back to shipper. This is in compliance w/ Paypal's seller protection terms and conditions where we MUST ship to a billing/confirmed address for fraud protection.
Televisions 40" and larger may ship w/ a private freight carrier. This is due to size limitations on UPS/FEDEX/DHL, and that your item travels safer. TV orders may not be refused once shipped, and if so, will incur a 15% restock fee, and shipping both directions. You MAY refuse a damaged tv. Simply make a note on delivery manifest so we can expedite insurance claim.

RETURNS
No returns unless defective. Returns must be sent back prior to 14 days. Returns for FREE BONUS items (such as bonus DVD players, etc) must be serviced w/ manufacturer if that issue arises. They are FREE, and should deal w/ mfg for shipping return issues.
All IN EAR products (bluetooth headsets, earbuds, etc) must be returned to the MFG for repair, due to Dept. of Health request.
Microsoft Zunes, and Nokia cell phones must go back to MFG if defective. They carry full warranty, and the manufacturer wants them back directly instead of returning to us.

We leave feedback immediately after it is left for us. To maintain the volume we do, we have an ebay preset where it automatically leaves it for you, once you leave it for us.
Emails
We respond to ALL emails. Make SURE your SPAM control is OFF, as most of the emails we send are automated, and can be bounced from your ISP. Also, rude and vulgar language will not be tolerated and we will not respond to those.
International Orders
We accept international orders, for COUNTRIES LISTED ON A PER / AUCTION BASIS. For instance, a large tv may only ship to USA, but a small item will possibly ship to Canada or UK. All international customers will pay the INTERNATIONAL Rate of shipping posted in the ad. If you refuse to pay your local duty and item is returnd you will be refunded less shipping both ways and 15% restock fee.
Transit Time
We ship by the method posted in the ad. IF YOU NEED FASTER SHIPPING TERMS, you must inquire prior to paying. We ONLY accept credit cards if you want to alter the shipping options.
Military / APO addresses
We do NOT ship to any military address. DO NOT ASK.
Turnaround Time
99% of orders ship the FOLLOWING business day after you pay. If you pay on Friday, it ships on Monday.

UPS FAILED DELIVERY
If UPS makes their delivery attempts and you are not there to receive the package, the item is sent back to us. At that time you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS! No exception. By bidding, you agree to this policy.

Returns for refund less 15% restock fee within 14 days. Defective items after 14 days need to exercise their factory warranty. If you have a DEFECTIVE IN HEAR product (headset, earbuds, etc), it must be returned to the manufacturer and not us. This is policy of the mfg, due to health risks and concerns. NOKIA ITEMS- If defective, they need to be sent back to the MFG for repair/replacement. MICROSOFT ZUNES -If defective, they need to be sent back to the MFG for repair/replacement.
Returns for refund are assessed 15% restock fee. If you return a defective item within 14 days, there is no restock fee. Items returned to shipper are assessed restock fee PLUS the shipping fees both ways.
