2 hardback books complete with dustjackets by Captain W.E. Johns as follows:

BIGGLES MAKES ENDS MEET. Illustrated by Stead.  Published The Children's Book Club London.

RETURN TO MARS A Story of Interplanetary Flight.  Illustrated by Stead. Published Children's Book Club London.

Both books contain stunning colour illustrations.

CONDITION: Both books have a few light marks/foxing on the endpapers,  but are otherwise in excellent clean condition with no damage. The dustjacket on 'Biggles Makes Ends Meet' is in excellent condition for it's age with only minor rubbing to the edges and a few minor marks. The dustjacket on 'Return to Mars' has minor edge wear (rubbing and a few minor tears).  Overall in very nice condition considering their age (they are undated, but I guess are circa late 1950s)
