You are bidding on the nightly rental rate of a 2-bedroom 2-bath oceanfront condo at the Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort, Myrtle Beach, SC; valid for the month of June 2008.

This fully furnished, well-appointed condo features everything you need for a great June vacation. One bedroom features one (1) King bed, the other features two (2) full beds. Condo also features full size kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area - with Queen sleeper sofa - and direct oceanfront balcony. Approx. 1074 sq ft. Sleeps up to 8 people. We provide daily housekeeping service, bed & bath linen service, maintenance support (just in case) and a 24-hour Front Desk for your convenience. WINNER'S BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS Winning bidder has 48-hours after the close of auction to call and reserve their dates. At this time, the first night's rate (i.e. your winning bid) will be charged to your credit card, and is non-refundable. Remaining balance is payable upon arrival. Winner should call the Grand Atlantic Resort at 800.852.7032 between 7am - 11pm to book.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Winning bid rate shall be considered void if reservation is not booked within 48-hours after close of auction. Winning bid rate is valid for new reservations only, may not be transferred, and cannot be combined with any other discount. Minimum stay is 1-night, maximum stay is 29-nights. The complete stay (arrival and departure) must take place during the month of June 2008. Winning bidder is responsible for all applicable taxes. Total stay value will be calculated as follows: (Your winning bid) x (11% SC tax) x (Length of stay)

Bidders must be 25 years of age, or older. The resort is non-smoking and does not accept pets. Your bid implies consent to all terms, conditions and restrictions listed above.
