This is a 2 pound lot of Gray Buttons.  They are primarily plastic with a mixture of shank and sew-through styles.  Very nice quality buttons.  I purchased these along with many others at an estate sale.  It looks like most of these buttons were originally on cards and have never been used (many of them still have the little metal clip which held them onto the card).  I'm guessing that they date from the 1970s or 1980s.  They were already sorted by color when I bought them.  A treasure trove for those who enjoy sewing, crafting or scrapbooking!
