Must ship by UPS/Fedex and the shipper must be certified with the carrier to do so.
May be shipped in containers, bags, bottles, whatever - it doesn't matter as long as it is in an inner packaging
Inner packaging must be no more than 2.2 lb each. Maximum of 66 lb total for the entire outer package.
Must be shipped by ground only - no air/2-day shipping.
Must have the ORM-D Consumer Commodity Label. If you get a package without it, it was an illegal shipment.

About Potassium Hydroxide
Absorbs moisture from the air. Absorbs carbon dioxide. Will become useless if it is allowed to and must be contained in an air-tight sealing. It bonds very well with fats/grease, dissolves into water readily and will burn skin/eyes/lungs on contact. Must be handled with care!
