Due to the time sensitive nature of event tickets, payment is expected within 24 hours maximum from the time of auction close.  For most Buy it Now auctions, immediate payment will be required to close the auction.  In some cases, if the time window is very tight before an event, the expected payment terms will be specified in the Item Description section of the auction.

In all cases, unless specified otherwise, payment is due by PAYPAL. 

Our carrier of choice for shipping is Fed-ex.  We will use Express Saver service for the price indicated in the auction, unless specified otherwise.  If a quicker shipment method is needed due to the timing of the event, additional options will be provided for the buyer to choose either Overnight or 2-Day service at an incremental cost.

For General Admission tickets, standard USPS Priority Service will be used to minize the out of pocket costs for shipping to our buyers.  Should you want alternative service, this will also be offered.   

All Sales are final.  Due to the nature of event tickets, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on sales. 

By placing a bid on our auction, you are committing to a binding contract.  In rare cases, we will make exception to this EBAY rule if clearly a mistake was made by the buyer or something in the auction description was unintentionally misleading.  Barring one of these two situations, if you make a bid, plan on making payment
