I have two tickets for 11:45 a.m. entry to the 21st annual American Girl Sale (a benefit to raise funds for the Madison Children's Museum) on July 19, 2008! The sale is held in Middleton, WI, which is right outside Madison, WI.

I have the tickets in hand and will mail them to you immediately upon payment receipt. Shipping is FREE.

This sale is a FABULOUS opportunity to shop for thousands of dolls, books, outfits, even FURNITURE! Truly an event to see in person, and a chance to do some amazing early Christmas shopping for your AG lovers.

GENERAL SALE INFORMATION

The sale is NOT located at the museum. It is located at 8830 N. Greenview in Middleton, WI.

Each person entering the Warehouse must have a ticket

For safety reasons children 3 years of age and younger will NOT be admitted to the sale – this includes infants
Cash registers will remain open until all customers are finished shopping

I have the tickets in hand, and will mail them as soon as I receive payment from you. U.S. Shipping is FREE!

Payment

PayPal payments definitely preferred! If you do not have a PayPal account, but would like to request permission to bid, you may email me. I will review your feedback before adding you to my bidding exceptions list. Thanks!

Shipping

I will ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment via PayPal. Your shipping and handling cost covers actual shipping + economical, sturdy packaging + electronic delivery confirmation. I do combine shipping!! Each additional American Girl clothing article, doll accessory or doll outfit costs an ADDITIONAL $2.00 for shipping. When you purchase 5 or more items in these same categories, the cost is reduced to only $1.00 for each additional item. Please note all discounts are taken after the highest shipping price is paid. I can only combine shipping costs for auctions that are won within seven days of each other. All items MUST be paid for together for the combined shipping discount to be applied. I cannot combine shipping after you have paid for items separately. If you win multiple auctions, i recommend you email me when your auctions end and request your final invoice. Otherwise, I wait until all of the day's auctions end before sending combined invoices. I cannot combine shipping for more than one large furniture item. It is more economical to ship them in their original boxes. Always feel free to contact me with any questions you may have!

Terms of Sale

Please ask any questions you may have before bidding. I am quick to respond to my messages...my blackberry is always in my pocket. :-) Detailed Seller Ratings—those gold stars affect sellers heavily!!! Please be kind when rating your sellers with gold stars. These ratings are used by eBay to set seller fees and listing placement in item searches. Despite Ebay’s description, a 4 is a poor rating. Please remember that shipping transit time and cost are controlled by the shipper, not the seller. Thank you for your consideration! Additionally, a ‘neutral’ feedback now counts negatively toward a seller’s overall feedback percentage. I truly appreciate your positive feedback when you receive your items.
