We have here an 2 x uncirculated 'Britains First Decimal Coins' Wallet
These were issued ready for 'D' Day on 15th Feb 1971 To explain how and why the UK was changing over to Decimal Coinage.
The Blue Plastic Wallet ( in Perfect Condition ) contains a card with 'real' original 'D' Day Coins
Half Penny Penny Two Pence Five Pence (the big old one) & Ten Pence
Included is a double sided information card explaining how the Decimal system will work in great detail on one side and All about who has designed the coins and why.
This is a great gift for all and for young children to take to school to show their friends and is a lovely piece of recent British history
