Here we have 2 x reclaimed rim latch/locks both with their original cast steel keeps.  Can be used on doors that are hinged on the left or right. The casings are made from cast steel and have been stripped of old paint and then repainted in black. 

On the front of the Lock case is a brass sliding thumb lock that engages/dis-engages the lock. The catch and snib are made from brass.  Both have been serviced and lubricated.

Both are the same design. As they are cast they are heavy hence the postage costs

Measurements of Lock Casing: 4 1/2 x 3 3/4 inches (115 x 95mm).

From edge of door to the centre of spindle socket 3 1/4 inches (83mm)
