These units are in excellent shape and were configured as pods of 6 + 6 and 4 pod  plus 4 units in a straight line with a low wall across a line of windows They can reconfigure in a variety of ways and additional Herman Miller connector parts are readily available on the secondary market, making this an extremely flexible and versatile set up.

With shared center walls this group will reconfigure to a variety of 20 office groups.

Additionally, we can re-cover the burgundy uphostered overhead bin to match company colors or cover it with a neutral beige fabric for an addtional cost of $40.00 per unit.

It was originally configured as 17 7' x7' offices with two file pedestals and three other offices with a 9 x 7' and two 5 /12 x 6' cubicles with one file pedestal each.The addtional 3 offices can be convered to a three person bullpen or a reception/copy/conference area for a very versatile setup. The entire lot will seat 20 though regardless.

17 7 x 7'cubicle comes with: 2 file cabinets and one overhead bin, corner worksurfaces. Others can be aligned differently,

Chairs are not included in this auction...but the buy it now price will allow us to include 9 of the visitor's chairs shown in the picture along without additional cost. We have addtional matching task chairs avaialble in outr eBay store.

They are palletized and ready- to-ship from our Dallas warehouse, this group is best shipped via a full motor freight trailer.

Shipping Estimate Note: We have recently recieved quotes from our freight brokers that indicate that we can lease a full 40-45' trailer, pack it ourselves and ship to either coast for a total of around $2400. (loading dock to loading dock). While this would add about $120. per unit to this group, (Atlanta, FL or upper Midwest locations would be something less).The cubicles would occupy about 60% of the trailer but would not be re-loaded and would be a point-to-point shipment insuring a more trouble freee shipping experienced.  Additionally we could add the chairs, reception centers desks and file cabinets from any of our other auctions,. without additional handling charge, to further lower per item freight costs.
