No personal checks accepted – NO EXCEPTIONS, as I wish to get your shipment to you as quickly as possible and without delay.

PayPal is accepted ONLY if you have a “confirmed” address.

Money Order is also accepted.

SHIPPING CHARGES / SERVICES / EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME / DISCOUNTS

Shipping fee for this auction is USPS BOXED PRIORITY $5.65 with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION, to get to you QUICKLY within a few days after shipping.  Additional invite sets in this auction, can be shipped together for an additional shipping charge of 2.00 per set of 20.  If purchasing from other TexasKeepsakes auctions, as well, please wait for me to revise invoice before paying to reflect that particular auction’s multiple set discounted shipping prices, or you will pay more shipping than is necessary.  Once payment is submitted, it will no longer allow me to revise.

Instructions For Adding Insurance: Insurance is available, but optional and additional. 

Not responsible for items lost or damaged without insurance, as I have NO control over how your carrier will treat your package.  If you are wanting to purchase insurance, please send me an email BEFORE paying and I will be happy to revise your invoice and add it.  Once payment is submitted, I am no longer able to revise it.

USPS Insurance fees are as follows:

Up to $ 50.00 = $1.65     From $ 50.01 to $100.00 = $2.05     From $100.01 to $200.00 = $2.45

(Insurance purchased can not exceed total auction(s) final $ bid(s).)

All shipments are boxed and carefully packed for protection and mailed within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received / proof approval. (During weekly business days M-F).  Larger quantity orders may vary, but will be discussed during the transaction.

Please double check the spelling on the name or other personalization info, as I cannot be responsible for buyer’s errors.

TERMS

Buyer will be able to check out and pay immediately after selecting the “Buy-It-Now” option.

After my invoice is received for multiple purchases, or if paying with a money order, winner must email me within 24 hours to acknowledge transaction and let me know his method of payment preferred.

Payment must be RECEIVED within 7 days after auction end.

SENDING PERSONALIZATION INFO

Option 1: You may include your information in the note section of paypal as you are checking out. (preferred)

Option 2: You may send a separate email (to the direct email address that will be provided by ebay/paypal) with your personalization information.

Option 3: You may send your information through the ebay system, but please add your actual name and email address, as I get so many orders that it becomes difficult and time consuming to compare ebay id names to order names.

WORDING

Invite can be worded with whatever occasion or wording you are needing, as they are not preprinted, but space is somewhat limited or text becomes very small. 

Remember, LESS looks BEST! 

If you have excessive information, please feel free to contact me for a quote on a larger size.

PROOFS

*AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED a proof will be set up and a copy emailed to you within 24-48 hours (*see store hours) before printing so you can help check for any errors.  Please check your email regularly to help speed this process along.

NOTE: If you do not hear from me, please check to make I have your CURRENT ebay / paypal address.  There is also the possibility that your proof may be in your bulk or spam folder, as some servers may mistake the proof attachment for spam.

IMPORTANT: Your proof will be sent to your actual “email address” and not through the ebay system, as ebay does not allow attachments.

*NO proofs are set up and emailed until payment has been received (via paypal or money order), no exceptions.  This is nothing personal, just business, as I’m sure you understand.

All are custom made from the finest specially ordered pure white premium cardstock available.  I guarantee you will be very pleasantly pleased with the quality.  I spend more than most on the finest supplies, so you will be more than pleased!

PROTECTIVELY PACKED

Set(s) will be shipped elegantly wrapped in clear cellophane to keep order safe and dry during shipping.

RIBBON

Ribbon is also wrapped around each set and can be easily slipped back on.

RETURN ADDRESSING ON ENVELOPES

If you wish, I can easily print the return address on your envelopes at no additional charge.  I do not print them automatically, as I am never sure if the buyer wants me to or not.  I will just need the name and address exactly how you wish it to be printed, when submitting your personalization information.  Just let me know how if I can help! 

FREE OFFER WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE SETS

Purchase any two invitation or note card “sets” from any of my live or ebay store note card auctions and you will receive two additional “cards” (not sets) of the same designs purchased.  The two additional invitations or note cards will also include their own envelopes. A great way to get extras and save!

An example would be: Buy 2 sets of invites at 20 per set to total 40 invites.  When your shipment arrives, the invites you will receive will be 42.  Four sets of 20 each would be a total of 84 invites you will receive, and so on.  Let’s say you purchase 1 set of 20 invitations, and 1 set of 12 matching thank you note cards.  You will receive 21 invitations and 13 thank you notes, unless you want two of one or the other.  An order of 3 sets would still only be the 2 additional of the same.

The only requirement is your two or more purchases must be checked out at the same time.
