This listing is for 20 invitations and 20 white envelopes.  The invitation measures 5 x 7 inches (flat).  If you need a different quantity, contact me or visit my store.   I can also make matching thank you cards and address labels. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

The design was created to match the EIEIO / Old Macdonald's Farm themed party supplies.  I can do a sequence of photos as shown--perfect for a 1st birthday--or can change that portion of the design if it's for an older child's birthday.  I will edit photos free of charge (sepia, B&W, crop, colorize).  Please send quality digital photos for the best result--the larger the better.  And by sending me photos, you agree that you are the copyright owner of those photos. 

For the best results, try to choose a photo for their name that has good lighting and shows the child in entirety--either sitting or standing.  For example, if one hand is cropped out of the picture, then it won't work.  I can, however, do just a head/torso picture to place in front of their name if I can't create a cutout from the photos you send.  You can also BE CREATIVE!  If you can take some photos with the child leaning against the wall, holding up an object (such as a soda can that can be removed from the picture but still show their hand), standing with one foot up higher on a step, or just posing them as a letter (T, Y, A, L, I, K are probably the easier ones), it will make your invitations even more UNIQUE AND SPECIAL! 

I print on 110# card stock using a LaserJet printer. 

Invitation Add-ons:
I can create matching thank you cards with your child's picture.   These measure 4.25 x 5.5 as folded cards and are $1.00each, or I can do a flat card for 90 cents each.  I can also create matching address labels for 10 cents each.  You can contact me before or after you've ordered invitations to set up an order for any add-ons. 

Other options: 
Digital media:  If you would like to purchase just the design for a print-it-yourself project, I charge $18.95 for the design (plus $5 for matching thank you card design).  You can print as many invitations as you like.

Processing Time:  If you choose to include a photo on your invitation, please send it to me in a timely manner.  I will send you a proof via email for your approval.  After you give consent, I will print your order.  As all my products require handcrafted finishing, processing time may take between 3-7 days once payment is received.  I will try to give you an estimate after your purchase, or you can contact me beforehand.  Please make sure that the processing time + shipping time does not conflict with your deadline. 

Shipping:  I ship to the U.S. only.  Cost of shipping is $4.60 for up to 50 invitations.  I will combine shipping, so please contact me to arrange that.  Once your order is completed, I will ship either the same business day or following day.  Insurance is optional; I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items, so purchase insurance at your own discretion.   If you need an estimate for larger orders, please contact me.

Payment:  I accept PayPal and personal checks.  If you pay by personal check, please realize that it will add another 7 days to the processing time as I cannot begin until payment is received and cleared.

Returns:  As my items are customized, I cannot accept returns.  Please make sure everything meets your satisfaction in regards to the proof that I email.  I can make as many changes to the text, colors, etc. until you absolutely love the final product.
